PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

List Title:

All Signers must be present and have a proper Government-Issued State ID.
All Documents must be fully completed leaving no blank spaces. Remember not to sign (Place your Signature On) any Documents prior to your appointment.
If you don't know which type of Notary Certificate you'll need , please contact an Attorney or the Party that issued the Document because Notaries cannot give any advice on which Certificate to use. Then from there I'll show you samples of the Notarial Certificates and let you (The Signer) choose.
Witnesses must be over the age of 18, and if you don't have one just let me know and I will be able to assist you with my own Witness (Per Fee).
